How do I place an order?

  • Select Product: Browse through our products and click on the product you wish to purchase.
  • Add to Cart: Select the desired quantity and click "Add to Cart".
  • To the shopping cart: Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page to go to your shopping cart.
  • Check order: Check the products in your shopping cart and adjust the quantities if necessary.
  • Checkout: Click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your order.
  • Enter details: Enter your personal details and delivery address.
  • Choose payment method: Select the desired payment method.
  • Placing Order: Review your order again and click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and within 3 days you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the status of your order via the website of the delivery service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to help you, but it is not always possible to change or cancel an order after it has been placed.

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

How can I return a product?

  3. Return the products: Send the products to the address you receive from us within 14 days of registering your return.

What to do if you receive a defective or damaged product?

  • Take photos: Take clear photos of the defect or damage to the product and packaging. These photos help us to better assess the situation and solve the problem quickly.
  • Save the packaging: Save the original packaging and all accompanying documentation, such as manuals and warranty certificates.

What happens next?

After you have reported the defect or damage and sent photos, we will assess the situation. Depending on the nature of the defect or damage, we will offer a suitable solution:

  • Replacement: If possible, we will send you a replacement product.
  • Repair: In some cases we can have the product repaired.
  • Refund: If replacement or repair is not possible, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Postage costs

The costs for returning a defective or damaged product are at our expense. We will send you a shipping label or arrange a pick-up appointment.

Exceptions

Intentional Damage: This return policy does not apply to defects or damage caused intentionally.

Normal wear and tear: Normal wear and tear from use is not covered by this return policy.
