Article 1: Definitions

In these general terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Relax View: Sole proprietorship, hereinafter referred to as "Seller".

Customer: Any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Relax View.

Products: All bathroom and outdoor TVs and related items that Relax View offers through the website.

Website: The online webshop of Relax View, accessible via www.Relax-View.nl.

Agreement: The agreement concluded between Seller and Customer after an order by the Customer via the Website.

Article 2: Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements 1 between Relax View and the Customer.

By placing an order via the Website, the Customer accepts these general terms and conditions.

Relax View reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The changed terms and conditions will be published on the Website in a timely manner.

Article 3: Offers and orders

All offers from Relax View are without obligation, unless stated otherwise.

The Customer can place an order via the Website by following the steps of the ordering process.

The Agreement is concluded after Relax View has confirmed the Customer's order in writing (by e-mail).

Article 4: Prices and payment

All prices on the Website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

Relax View accepts the following payment methods: IDEAL, Mastercard, Creditcard, Visa, PayPal.

Payment must be made within 7 days of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 5: Delivery

Relax View will deliver the Products as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

Delivery time is usually 7 working days, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be displayed during the ordering process.

Relax View is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third parties, such as carriers.

Article 6: Returns

The Customer has the right to return the Products within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

The costs for return shipping are at the expense of the Customer.

The Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

After receiving the returned Products, Relax View will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Article 7: Warranty

The statutory warranty applies to the Products.

In addition, Relax View can offer an additional factory warranty. The conditions of this can be found on the Website or with the Products.

Defects in the Products must be reported to Relax View within a reasonable period of time after discovery.

Article 8: Liability

Relax View's liability is limited to the amount of the Agreement.

Relax View is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, lost profits or damage to third parties.

Relax View is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the Products or by third parties.

Article 9: Privacy

Relax View processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data will be used for the performance of the Agreement and marketing purposes, unless the Customer objects to this.

Article 10: Applicable law and disputes

These general terms and conditions and all agreements between Relax View and the Customer are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes between Relax View and the Customer will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
